Lateness Policy

Please allow extra time for your travel to the salon.

If you're later than 15 minutes to your appointment, depending on the stylist/beauticians schedule, we will most likely have to compromise to a shorter service that suits the remaining time we have.

Salon Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any appointment within 72 hours of the appointment time will result in 25% of your deposit being kept.

Cancellation of any appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time with result in 50% of your deposit being kept.

Cancellation of any appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time will require the full cost of the service to be covered.

Any charges occurred must be pain before returning to the salon or booking your next appointment.

Any appointment that has not been confirmed with a deposit through Fresha means your appointment is not secure and may be cancelled.

A deposit is required with every appointment and an additional charge will be added if you fail to attend your appointment.
