Lateness Policy

Please allow a little extra time for your journey to the salon so you can arrive relaxed and ready for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to suit the remaining time available, depending on your stylist or beautician’s schedule.

​

Salon Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change, so please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below.

​

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment time will result in 25% of your deposit being retained.

​

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in 50% of your deposit being retained

.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will require the full cost of the service to be covered.

​

Any outstanding charges must be paid before returning to the salon or booking a future appointment.

​

Please note that appointments are only secured once a deposit has been paid through Fresha. Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed and may be cancelled.

​

A deposit is required for all appointments, and an additional charge will apply in the event of a no-show.
