The Story of Lounais

Lounais was born from a deep-rooted passion and a desire to continue a meaningful legacy. Originally known as Guys and Dolls, the salon was owned and lovingly run by Claire, our founder’s mum, for over nine years. When the time came for her to pass the torch, it felt like the perfect opportunity to carry forward everything she built, with a fresh new vision.

Though other locations were considered, nothing felt quite like home until we returned to our original salon space. With the support of Laren, Libby, and their family, the property was fully renovated to bring our dream to life. It took planning, dedication, and collaboration, but today, Lounais stands as a modern, welcoming space where clients can relax, feel inspired, and leave feeling their best.

The name Lounais is a heartfelt blend of our founder’s first and middle names, Louise and Anais, symbolising the personal touch that’s at the heart of everything we do.
